How Bout It is a 43-foot custom Carolina express sportfisher built by Cinco Boatworks. It’s offered by Allied Marine for $550,000.
Wood Parker IV, a third-generation Harkers Island, North Carolina-born boat builder, designed and built the vessel. It has a cold-molded hull built in Newport, North Carolina, and commissioned in 2017 at a cost of $1.250 million. It features the best of a cold-molded custom sportfisher with the ease of maintenance of an outboard-powered express.
According to the brokerage team at Allied Marine, the performance is what you would expect from a warped-plane design Harkers Island-built custom Carolina boat. “How Bout It rides soft and dry in a head sea and is innately stable in a beam sea. That stability is further heightened by a Seakeeper 5. The market-aware seller has already removed his personal items and the vessel is ready to sell,” they note.
The vessel is powered by triple Yamaha F350 hp four-stroke outboard engines with approximately 850 hours on them, which give it a 30-knot cruise and a top hop of 39 knots. The hull is finished in Ice Blue Awlgrip painted hullsides with Lime Green Awlgrip boot stripe and Cloud White Awlgrip paint above the sheerline. There is a Fischer Panda generator as well.
At the helm there are the following electronics:
