Mangusta have announced the launch of 44.47m (145’8”) superyacht THE GREAT ESCAPE, the fourth hull in the Mangusta Oceanco 44 range. She hit the water on 8th March showing off her stylish, bold aesthetic and skilful combination of tradition and innovation.

The yacht features naval architecture from PierLuigi Ausonio Naval Architecture, exterior design by Alberto Mancini Yacht Design and interiors from H2 Yacht Design with a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and expansive panoramic glazing which perfectly integrates the interior and exterior.
The exterior has been designed to make the most of life at sea and boasts a 104sqm sundeck and a sociable central beach area with fold-out side terraces and transom platform. The functionality goes hand in hand with the fine wood and marble finishes which create a contemporary minimalist combination.

Other features of the interior including a beautiful and private master stateroom and five additional staterooms sharing the same comforts and a unifying colour palette. Every detail demonstrates Mangusta’s vision, philosophy and pursuit of excellence.
The engines deliver speeds of up to 15.5 knots with cruising speeds of 11 knots giving a range of 4,500 nautical miles. Additionally, guest comfort is guaranteed thanks to zero speed and underway stabilisers.
Superyacht THE GREAT ESCAPE has a European owner who will take delivery in 2025 and plans to cruise the Mediterranean. We wish them fair winds and many year happy cruising.
