Delivered in 1993 and refitted in 2016, she has naval architecture by Donald Starkey and interior styling the work of Donald Starkey and Dennis Irvine. Accommodation is provided for up to 12 charter guests, in 6 cabins, comprising an on-deck master stateroom, 2 king cabins, a queen and a twin suite.

Her interior décor is relaxing and refined. On the main deck is a generous main salon and lounge, further forward a formal dining room, day head and finally the VIP stateroom. The sky lounge has a gentlemanly atmosphere, with leather furnishings and a bespoke cigar club. On this level there is the master stateroom with lounge and a twin cabin. The yachts lower deck offers a full beam additional master, a double and a twin suite.

M/Y THE WEELESLEY is a tri-deck designed yacht with ample outdoor living. Her shaded aft deck features a large lounge space with partial shade, this leads to an extended swim platform, beach club with seating and array of water toys. On the upper deck, charter guests can dine alfresco and soak up the West Mediterranean sunshine on the fitted sunbeds. The ideal sundeck tops off the luxurious exterior living, complete with sun loungers, BBQ, cocktail bar, deluxe jacuzzi and large sunbed.
